My name is Katy Eckert-Turnbull
My company KT Core Solutions offers professional coaching services designed to help individuals and organisations unlock their full potential. With extensive experience in leadership and executive coaching, combined with a diverse background in offshore oil and gas, I bring a unique blend of practical insight and strategic thinking to support meaningful and sustainable change.
My passion for leadership development is deeply rooted in my academic background. With a postgraduate education, I have a strong foundation in psychology and anthropology - disciplines that explore human behaviour, the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of what we do, and the influence we have on others. This curiosity and understanding of human dynamics have shaped my approach to coaching, enabling me to help leaders develop self-awareness, enhance communication, and foster meaningful relationships that drive success.
